The Trustees of Soulful Steps themselves opened up a Dance Institute on an inclusive model, where children with Special needs will get a chance to learn dance forms of their choice. Through the inclusive model, the children with special needs will get chance to perform together with general peer groups. For the purpose of inclusion, a separate dance academy was opened at the same location, namely “Calcutta Dance Academy”, where admission of general people is allowed. With proper learning, the dance students from “Soulful Steps” can perform together with the students of Calcutta Dance Academy. This department is being taken care of by Sri Uttam Roy, having more than 30 years of experience of in various dance forms and working with Special Needs child. Apart from the same, drama classes are also offered for children with special needs at same location. This Department is being taken care of by Sri Amal Saha, who is having an experience of more than 25 years in the field and he is attached with the famous theatre group of Kolkata- Rangakarmee.
