Rules & Regulations:
Initially the membership is open for all and is free. In future, to run the club in proper way, a club membership fee will be introduced.
On becoming the club member, it is expected that you will engage yourself in all club activities/ events. Activity/ event wise fees will be decided and informed for every event from time to time. To make the event a success, members are requested to pay the requisite fee in time.
The new facilities as and when will be introduced to club members, will be given through formal communications.
As club member, we expect everyone to maintain the decorum and discipline of the club. As all the families getting engaged in the club are having kids/ adults with Special Needs, if the members are having any specific need, like educational/ social/ economical or any other issues related to their child, feel free to contact us, we will try our best to mitigate the problem.
Soulitaire will organize meetings with the club members at regular intervals, all the members are requested to attend the meeting.
