No street shoes are allowed inside the centre.
No gum or food is allowed inside the centre. Parents are requested to feed their wards in the designated area only.
Please inform your Doctor/ Therapist/ Instructor of detailed health issues so that proper need-based therapy can be provided.
Soulful Steps has the right to close due to inclement weather.
The entire area of the centre is under the surveillance of CCTV. Individuals are requested to strictly adhere to the rules and regulations.
For all therapy sessions, parents are requested to accompany their wards.
Parents are requested to inform beforehand if they want to cancel a pre-booked Doctor’s appointment/ therapy session.
Parents are requested to inform beforehand if their ward is having any sudden health issues like cough & cold, flu, stomach upset etc.
